When I called they were very friendly and made my appointment right away. when Monte, the service technician, arrived, he tried to install the LP Gas conversion kit supplied by Lowes to find out it was the wrong one! I had to order the correct kit from Maytag myself as Lowes was no help! When I received the part I called and made a new appointment that went very well. Monte arrived early and completed the conversion and installed my new clothes dryer that required a new gas shutoff valve and some piping.
